Since there are no [class=2] or [class=6] versions of the quest chain that begins with The Rise of the Darkspear, none of the Echo Isles quests unlock for these two classes.

If you decide to go to the echo isles and do the quests there as another class that is eligible (like i did as a Pandaren), if you pick up Cleaning Up the Coastline from Bom'bay you can complete the two together on the beach on Echo Isles :)
Quest not available to a DK.
In fact, none of the troll starting quests are!
Perhaps they should be marked as class specific.Oh well, I guess I'll grind rep using a tabard.

Description
Perhaps me agin' body is just growin' too picky after all dese years, but boar meat just ain't goin' down easy no more. More for da new recruits I be thinkin'. We just set out some crab traps, but if ya be willin' ta help an impatient old troll, I'd love ta have some fresh crawler meat right now. Dey're all around da island, but da best spot ta be huntin' them is off da eastern coast.
