Raliq is found inside the same tavern as Sal'salabim.

Coosh'coosh is found in the very southeastern corner of Zangarmarsh by the entrance from Terokkar Forest.

Raliq hits for about 500 on cloth and has an uppercut knockback.

Coosh'coosh is at 80,91 in Zangarmarsh
he has a weak lighting bolt spell that hits for 300ish

Floon can silence you but his frostbolts were only hitting me for about 200

I was able to solo this quest as a mage.

Floon = Easy... If you can silence/interrupt spells, DONT.. his melee is worse then his measly frostbolts-- he hits plate (40% mitigation, no shield) for 300.. .his frostbolts = 180-200 damage, take longer to cast, and thats with no resist for frost... Do be careful for his silence if you're a caster though, distance fight ftw
