Crab Marks The Spot is an Alliance-only quest for level 50 in Nazjatar, added in Battle for Azeroth. It rewards money.

There's sand piles scattered around the quest area that you have to click on. The first one spawned an angry crab for me, and then the second gave the treasure.
To access this quest you must currently have Blademaster Inowari active as your bodyguard. The parchment that offers the quest lies on a rock not far from [npc=153026] in Dragon's Teeth Basin. Then look around the area and click on sand piles. The first sand pile spawns an [npc=152642], and it's likely the second always grants you the treasure (or maybe I was just lucky).
I found the burried treasure at 44.7 55.4 Dragon's Teeth Basin.
