TheWoWDBI picked up a case of crabs while I was rescuing Sam and Mack. I didn't even notice until I was back at the cave with Adarrah - needless to say, I gave it to her right away.
Weird reward though, what's with the comb?

LOL. I hope that you're being sarcastic. If not, however, just an FYI: Crabs are slang for pubic lice. To remove lice you use a fine-toothed comb to comb them out. On a side note, the phrase "nit picking" is related. "Nits" are lice eggs. To remove the infestation, you must remove all eggs. So the phrase means to be very thorough, even overly so.
