Hexxing Fetishes are scattered throughout the area, and can be clicked to be destroyed.
[npc=94986] can be pulled from the air or found in nests near the pools of water.
[npc=94983] are also plentiful in the area. I recommend checking out coords 50.15, 39.7. There are a group of three witches, and if you walk away, one will instantly respawn. Otherwise, you can just run around and kill the ones you see elsewhere.
At 49, 42 there is a harpy spawn point, and one of the totems you need to click on. Both the harpies and the totem respawn instantly so you can just stand here and complete those two parts of the quest in less then a minute. Then go kill three dread ravens and you're done.
