Oren is located on a bridge in the cave (49.5, 39.3). His possessions are at the bottom of the chasm. You click on the rappelling equipment next to him. You will drop down and his stuff is at the bottom of the cavern where you wind up. Click onto them and he will pull you back up. Try not to attack the spiders down there (they are 110 elites) or you will become disconnected and have to fight them. There is a scroll down there that will teleport you back up to Oren, if you do happen to become disconnected from the rappelling equipment.

Haha, great quest :)
In case you're wondering, there isn't anything on any of the bridges or the bottom of the chasm, and the elite spiders have no loot table.
The Highborne Scrolls that teleport you to the surface are a quick shortcut to the cave entrance to hand in the final quest in the chain though. If you can use them before the Trogg patrol towards you - they have a long cast time.

What to do
Description
Now that we have the necessary worm guts, I was able to fashion them into a special sort of rope. It will allow you to descend from the bridge into the chasm below and recover some of my possessions that were stolen and thrown in by the Deeprock.

The drogbar will continue to breed vicious worms as long as their tamer lives. Korgrul is responsible for turning fledgling rockcrawlers into the monstrous siege worms that are ridden into battle.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Empty Nest
I've taken an inventory of the eggs you recovered. Some among the bunch may still have a chance to hatch. They will need to be returned to an empty nest, and with any luck, an eagle will claim the eggs as her own and watch over them once again.
