Follow the south path. Turn right where the path splits.

Alternatively start from Thunder Totem, east bridge.
Follow the way until Snowblind Mesa. Go south and pass the crystal cave on its left side.
Run down the path and you'll reach the area where Mawat'aki patrols.

best to just go Stonehoof Watch and it is south down the road at 59.28, 68.45. Literally next to the flight path

• if you start from the "Stonehoof Watch", goes down the mountain to the south to Stormheim. At the "Snowblind Cliffs" turn right and follow the path uphill. [npc=104517] wanders around this area.
  During the fight you have to move all time (run or jump) because you will get [spell=207072] and it is stackable ten times.
