If you have completed the storyline quests in Highmountain and accessed the Stonedark Grotto, then there would be a Stonedark Emissary in Thundertotem lower level that you can speak to for an immediate teleport to Stonedark Grotto.
Odrogg is in Stonedark Grotto, near the weightlifter statue (Liftbrul).

For this purpose you can finish the fight with Ravage, to heal Teroclaw Hatchling up.
