As for current patch (5.3.0) this quest tracking seems wrong in the area - sometimes it doesn't show on the zone quest list nor on the map.
Just a short distance north-west of the village are a couple of burning trees with plenty of Gormali Incinerators. Coords for this place are around 44.0 ; 72.0.

Description
The damn mogu hit us out of nowhere! Anyone they don't kill on sight is being dragged away into the woods. This is the only safehouse, and its all I can do to hold the door. What do you say, friend? Are you willing to stand up and fight for the weak?
