Fractured Forces

Fractured Forces is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-35 in The Jade Forest. It is step 15 of 19 in The Jade Forest, Paw'don Village storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in The Jade Forest at 41.4, 79.6. It rewards 4,800 experience and money.

Description

The Horde have made our jobs easier for us. Their infighting and segregation have split their camp in two: orcs in the west, and undead in the east.

The orcs obey their commander Dalgan, while the undead follow Bellandra Felstorm, a powerful warlock. Hopefully, their internal squabbles will be enough of a distraction that you'll be able to sneak in there and kill both of them. Sully has already infiltrated the ruins; find him inside when you are done.

  • [npc=66274] is at the top of the keep on the right side patrolling the red tent

  • [npc=66275] is also at the top of the keep on the other side (left side) inside the purple tent

Once you've slain them both, you hand in the quest at the very top of the keep.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Twinspire KeepThe Jade Forest · Level 10-35

I do not trust this Horde. They wield foul magic, and their intentions are clearly malevolent. We can no longer stand their presence in Twinspire Keep, so close to Paw'don. I beg you, visitor: thin their numbers before they do something awful to this village.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Smoke Before FireThe Jade Forest · Level 10-35

Sully scouted the Horde establishment to the north, and he reports seeing a large pile of explosives, along with a small force of demolishers. That's not to mention the demons that their warlocks have summoned. Luckily, we came prepared. We've got air support from the Skyfire.
