Emergency Response (Alliance)

Emergency Response is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-35 in The Jade Forest. It is step 34 of 35 in The Jade Forest, Greenstone Quarry & Terrace of Ten Thunders & The Jade Serpent storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in The Jade Forest at 49.4, 61.6. It rewards 4,800 experience and money. Completing it counts toward 2 achievements.

Description

Your companions have made themselves at home in our land, and brought with them a dangerous conflict.

The full extent of their destruction here we cannot yet know. Already it is... unspeakable.

Nevertheless, to forsake your friends out of spite would be against our way. Any that yet live are doubtlessly wounded and in desperate need of care.

These fireworks were to celebrate the statue's completion. Use them near your companions to signal Mishi, and she will bear them off to safety.

Here's where I found them (don't know if it's random):

Admiral Taylor 48,62
Sully 48,59
Mishka 46,61 She is guarded by a Sha Remnant, but you can set off her fireworks from beyond its aggro range.

This quest bugged for me--I could only rescue two of them; for the third it said that it "requires Battle Survivor." Abandoning/logging did no good. Reported it.
