I did this quest this afternoon. Just logged back in, and I have it appearing for me a second time. I don't know if this is intended to be weekly, daily, or infinitely repeatable? Idk if this is a bug to get it again or not.
As of 09.04.2024, you no longer need to complete unique delves. I was able to complete 3x The Spiral Weave with "From the Weaver with Love" variant for a super fast clear of this quest.
