TheWoWDBAfter completely the quest Dying Wish, for Horde with Level 3 Great Hall - You will find him in the very back of your Garrison on the left behind the Herb Garden, Just go toward your mines and turn Right on the little path to the building in the very back between your Herb Garden and Mine area, there you will find your graveyard and he is standing in it with the quest. I did this quest yesterday and came back here today and found him after reading and researching all over here for comments on where to find him. I hope this helps a lot more that have had trouble finding him. If you have a level 2 Great Hall I'd check the graveyard out. Good luck!

If you go back to your garrison his ghost is stading in the shack outside. If you click the quest mark over him you can get him as a follower.

This appears to be an ancient Draenei heirloom. Blood stains on it would indicate that it was taken from its owner by force. An inscription on the back says "Ahm," which is likely its rightful owner.
