Problems to obtain this follower after you switched outpost? Look what I did
I switched from Artillery to Arcane Sanctum Outpost just to get this follower. Immediately I started the whole chain of quests with Magister Krelas. Right after I completed the last step Due Cause to Celebrate with him, I was able to speak with him and opened the window where you can finally obatin this follower BUT for some reason it didnt work.
After many tries of reloading, crying and everything, I decided to just pay once more the 5k gold to choose Arcane Sanctum again, for my surprise, right after I did that he was there with the chat box, allowing me to finally contract him. GG! :-D
