TheWoWDBIf you're in a group it may be best to drop group and solo this before continuing. Attempting this in a group without both people completing the previous quest and accepting the next one at the exact moment will bug this quest out. My friend in the group got to this quest a few seconds after me and he was being attacked by several mobs we couldn't see. Dying and resurrecting didn't help, he just died again and again. This was impossible to move forward until we dropped group.

Quest seems to be bugged, my wife and I did the quest, only she did initially not get the Q. Had to pick it up manually, when he arrived the mech went nuts as supposed but Ketya was nowhere to be seen
This quest bugged out for me after picking it up. After getting the "Returning to creator" notification you get when the shredder jumps over to [npc=75986], my shredder did not jump at all. It just stood there, in the middle of town, not being able to move or do anything. Couldn't exit by using the vehiclebar, could not hearth, could not use unstuck and did not get attacked by any mobs so I could die (the mobs disappeared after a while). Tried reloading which did not help, but relogging did. If you do relog, note that you will get aggro from surrounding mobs as well the shredder, no matter how far you are from [npc=75986].
