I'm stuck on 11/12 Harvested Energy. Nothing else to harvest.
Edit: Needed to loot the Wyrms, they can drop the energy also.

Visit the Harvesters nearby. They let us collect what we need, as long as we help keep the wyrms off the harvesters.
