TheWoWDBThe absolute best strategy to defeat all pets, if you don't have a large roster or are new to pet battles, is to use an entire team of level one pets, as these pet world quests scale with your pet's level. When the pet is scaled to your level at level one, it loses most of its abilities and difficulty.

Dodge/Evade anything to survive, should be last round till his deathTested multiple times with this setup, giving up in last round to go again and worked every time, so should be fine. Edit - found a bit of a trouble if he crits your Starlette, making you bring in your third pet to finish
I used 3 level one squirrels with scratch and it was an easy win and it only took 2 pets.
