You need to pick up 5 small beetles from the ground and throw them at King Rakataka, and you are done. Easy and quick WQ.
At level 117 I saw a text at the top of the screen saying King Rakataka Fed 0/100, but i don't have such quest in my quest log. So i'm assuming the text is area-wide and "leaks" to players below 120.
