Your quickest route is going to be to fly into either Thunder Totem or Stonehoof Watch and head over to Snowblind Mesa. You want to go up the mountain, the path for which starts at Summitcrest Basecamp.

In a word, a pain...
Fly into Witchwood and head north on the path to
/way 42.96 31.10 Turn right here
Turn right and go to
/way 44.75 35.23 Path to Felhide Gargantuan
Follow the path up. There are harpies and other fun NPCs along the way but you should be able to just ride past them.
The Felhide Gargantuan "shares" the location with Tenpak Flametotem. (Actually, Felhide pats around Tenpak's location.)
