TheWoWDBRacing through this course as Horde, I've been flagged PVP upon landing a couple of times, it seems to fly through an Alliance encampment (Talonguard?) and the guards target you when you buzz through. Don't know if it happens to Alliance toons too or if some are just opting in for some extra annoyance.
