Only available in The Exodar and Darnassus? Oo
I can confirm that Stormwind doesn't offer this quest, so it seems likely that Ironforge doesn't offer it either. If you plan on doing into Felwood, and Winterspring, you should stop by Darnassus between lvl 44-47 to pick up this breadcrumb. Otherwise the story-line won't have a lead in.

Seems like this quest is not available in Darnassus either. I imagine the same applies to The Exodar. Instead, you are directed to the Adventure Guide version when you click on the board. Save yourself the flight, and just do this directly from your hotbar.

By order of his royal highness, King Anduin Wrynn, all able-bodied citizens of the Alliance are to report to Tenell Leafrunner at the Emerald Sanctuary. His order requires your help to redeem Felwood from the demonic influences that rule the forest. Head north from Ashenvale and follow the road into Felwood until you reach the Emerald Sanctuary. For the glory and honor of the Alliance!
