Very simple quest.
Wait a few seconds and your serpent will arrive, hop on and fly through the rings. You will gain the [spell=110668] buff every time you fly through one.
Fly through the 6 rings (there are tonnes around) and return to the quest master and complete your quest!
You do not need to ride your cloud serpent for this one - just get on your own flying mount/flight form and fly through the rings.

Description
Now that your serpent is fully grown, you are ready to begin flight training. As with all novices, you must start at the beginning. Your first task is simple. Fly through 6 of the cloud rings between the spires to the east.
