See that you don't!

In game quest helper may be misleading as it does not show the exact location of General Nazgrim. You need to go up the stairs all the way to the "Hold", that high building you see when you look up, and get in it to find him.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
