That's the other quest, that you should have got from Thaalean. I see five of them.There is a similar spiral to the east. The ground between them, and slightly to the north, also has several vines and lashers.

Description
There is no way I could rest without something soft to sleep on. Luckily, the dream has some sage so plush, that it would even put roc feathers to shame! It would be a perfect filling! Could you collect some sage around the area for me to rest on?
