This quest is my favorite quest ever. I have never enjoyed a quest so much.
As of today, i finally completed this achievement after many many years.
I want to help to everyone, here's how i've done it:Used my alt, a Lvl 80 paladin, started the quest chain Journey to Nazmir, till the Forcing Fate's Hand (about 25 min questing).
Useful tips:
-yes, you still need to do it in 20 sec, as the achievement says,
-always track the achievement,
- follow this route in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9C4MVqm1BM (thanks and appreciate to Bue, who uploaded it in 2018).
-you can solo this, just need perfect timing and pulling (if there are not enough undead, just wait a few min)
-if you fail, abandon the quest, and very important: RELOAD (use /reload), get the quest again. With the reload, the achievement you tracked will become white again,
-mount up, gather the mobs using the route in the video--> Use your scroll, hit 2--> go and gather more.My battletag is Joe#24731 if you need a helping hand to complete this achievement.
Good luck to everyone! :)

What to do
Description
I got some good news and bad news for you about this whole quest to destroy the herald of G'huun. Bad news first. There's an entire army of skeletons between us and the next area. I'm guessing they used Torga's blood to animate them. Good news is that scroll you recovered from Holbruk can summon the powerful Hand of Fate. ...and the bad news is that the scroll got damaged when Holbruk died and is only good for one more use. Meh. Take this scroll and destroy that skeleton army!

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Negative Blood
Okay, you want to kill the herald of a blood god? We can figure something out. There's corrupted blood nearby that's feeding this monster's power. Lucky for you, I've heard stories of this sort of thing before. Take this scroll, but be careful with it!
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Loa-Free Diet
Princess Talanji thinks we're almost ready to kill this herald of G'huun. Maybe she's right, maybe we're all dead, who knows? What I do know is the blood trolls here are... are carving and carrying away parts of Torga. Ugh!
