TheWoWDBUse the small portal left of Amal'thazad. As you passed through the portal, listen to Lich King's monologue.
After that you have to travel to the Icecrown zone, you can take the portal from Dalaran to Wyrmrest Temple and fly to Argent Tournament.
Travel to 44.7 4.40 point, it's a small ice floe, there you'll see a vision of Lich King and turn in the quest.TomTom:

If you didn't accept the next quest in the chain http://www.wowhead.com/quest=46812/draconic-secrets When it popped up. I missed mine because I'm on a PvP server and someone started attacking before I could hit accept. Just go back to your class hall and you can pick the quest up from Slimey who is standing near Amal'thazad.
If you have the Argent Crusader's Tabard it is the FASTEST way to get to where you need to.
