At some point after you hit 110 you'll get the quest Vault of the Wardens: A Masterpiece of Flesh from [npc=93491] in your Order Hall, this will send you to the Vault of Wardens to collect some stuff. After you turn in that quest Rottgut will show up next to Thorval and offer the Champion: Rottgut quest to recruit him.
I'm not sure if it's a requirement, but I had completed my main Order Hall campaign (awarding the A Glorious Campaign achievement) before this quest showed up (or before I noticed it at least).
I did a little voiceover for this dialogue.
What an amazing character with depth this trusty champion is.
Anyone know WHEN you can get this quest? I've been lvl 110 for a while and still only have the 4 champions.
