Forging Connections

Forging Connections is a quest for level 60 in Zereth Mortis. It is step 9 of 13 in the Into the Unknown storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Zereth Mortis at 34.9, 64.9. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 1,000 experience and money.

Description

Firim described these Enlightened brokers unfavorably. Then again, he does seem a bit... eccentric.

Regardless, if we are to restore contact with our comrades in Oribos and defeat the Jailer, we will need allies in Zereth Mortis.

The Mawsworn look to be gathering outside the gates of Haven. We must not let any more innocents fall prey to the Jailer's villainy.

Hopefully the Enlightened will welcome our aid. After you, my friend.

It's a little tricky getting the trap to work properly. I go tentatively up to the gate (where the quest-marked circle is) until Pelagos gets trapped, and then a little bit more until I get trapped. If you go too fast, you don't get trapped and the quest doesn't progress. Oh please, trap me! Trap me!
