is it supposed to be available yet?
i dont see that and Firim doesnt have the quest and im done with all that was available.
I've done this quest on several characters, but trying to do this on my DH and I click the research notes and an empty loot box flicks open before auto closing. I've disabled all addons and abandoned the quest. Still can't pick the up.
I Will update here if I figure out what's going on.
Update: On abandoning the quest then exiting the game when I relogged and took the quest I could pick them up.

Description
I have been sharing research for some time with an associate of mine, Rafiq. It is only through our shared efforts that he has been able to acquire useful items. Deliver my latest research notes to Rafiq and see if you can earn favor with him. In time, he should be able to aid you with better equipment.
