He is just a short walk away from the flight master and very easily soloable.
The target is located southeast of the Skyhorn flight point, in the kobold camp down the hill. He's a pit lord, he fights like basically every other pit lord you've ever fought. Rain of fire, plus a knockback stomp. Close quarters means you may pull a friend or two. Also watch for that cliff. It's a doozy.
