TheWoWDBWell, I'm not sure if quest has different spots to spawn or the only one.

OK, if like me, this was not findable to a toon new to the area. See if I can make this easier....
1. Find Beachcomber Bob. He wanders around in the shallow water by the wrecked ships at about 85.7, 83.5.
2. Pick up his quest The Castaways.
3. Turn that quest in and a few more quests will open up for you at the location where you turned it in.
4. Pick them all up.
5. Start doing those quests, while heading to location 88.0, 75.0.
6. Once you get to that area, along the edge of the water you will see a BIG pile of seaweed with the regular gold/yellow "!" over it. That is the Glimmering Seaweed which in turn starts the quest Glimmering Locket.It is not hidden, and does not spawn in other locations..
