Doing this on second playthrough on a threads of fate character via World Quests, wow does it take a long time to fill that blue bar! That's helpful in terms of XP, but get ready for it to take quite a while unless you have 3-5 man group going super bork mode
If you are leveling, most of this can be done while on the quest Mnemis, At Your Service "Mnemis, At Your Service" and Kleia will help tank for you.
Unless in a group I would advise to skip it. Worse quest xp/time-wise I did so far.

It may be possible to extract memories from fragment, but I worry they will not be useful. This is not whole kyrian, but a tiny piece! A weird, broken piece. It cannot even speak! We will apply extractor and see what comes out. Extractor might explode. It might not. For this?
