I'm level 90 and I completed the Haranir campaign but I still don't see this quest available. I completed the previous one – "The Listener", but then nothing.
Does anyone know if there are other requirements to unlock this?

I have finished all relics on my account, and when doing on my main I've done atleast 3 weeks worth of relics - but the problem is I do not recall which ones I have done on my main, and which I haven't on my main - I suppose I neeed to complete three individual relics, without knowing which?

I reported the bug, but I still really would like a script to see which I have done on my main and which I havent

Perhaps this can help someone else, in order left to right:

Wey'nan's ward: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(88993))
The Cauldron of Echoes: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(88994))
The Echoless Flame: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(88996))
Rossula's Outreach: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(88997))
Aln'hara's Bloom: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(88995))
Root of the World: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(88998))
Sky's Hope: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(88999))

Running the scripts I can see I have done the same atleast a few times on my main, but now I know which ones I should complete.

UPDATE as of July 2026: I have done the 7 individual relics on my main, still this quest remains unavailable.
I have started completing weekly "blue quests" from the end beginning again - will let you know if I some day get the quest.
Blizzard seem unable to help, and just keeps saying I need to submit a bug report.
Did anyone get this quest, by doing the full Harandar campaign on another character, or how do I get this done?

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
