With the updated legendary quest markers in 10.1 it's not clear that this is a repeatable quest, along with Leyblood and Starlight Rose.
You have to turn in 100 of any of the items in any combination, so go for whatever is cheapest on the AH (unless you have 100 Runescale Koi sitting around for some reason).

To prepare for the battle, we will need the best armor and weapons we can get. Lumenstone is an enchanted material that can withstand great amounts of fel magic. It is found in rare quantities all over the Broken Isles, and many of the native races use it in their own metalcrafting.
