With the updated legendary quest markers in 10.1 it's not clear that this is a repeatable quest, along with Leyblood and Runescale Koi.
You have to turn in 100 of any of the items in any combination, so go for whatever is cheapest on the AH (unless you have 100 Starlight Rose sitting around for some reason).

Thank you. I was going to get 5 of each thinking that was all. I'll just go grab the biggest batch I have on one of my alts and transfer it over. Never use any of this stuff anyway, except herbs for Inscription purposes, that is. Mostly just to save a few gold.
