It is possible to make separate shapes of continuous lines for example, small triangles and squares. Its not necessary to make one whole shape.
A couple tips to note prior to quest:
- The World Quest won't pop up until you are nearby the chest. You need to be close, inside the area.
- Try not to pull everything zerging inside. The quest is only startable being out-of-combat.
