This quest is up this week in NA and it's apparently different from beta. There are now two conduits to destroy (interact with) and there's no quest item (Anima Equalizer).

North conduit and south conduit are at:

/way 35.31 26.04 North
/way 26.48 43.56 South

The essences of misery are dropped by the mawsworn collectors and remnants of misery throughout the Gorgoan river, shouldn't be hard to find.

Description

The Mawsworn have begun harvesting the misery of the souls flowing through Gorgoa, the river of souls. Why? I do not know yet. But it behooves us to stop them. Destroy the conduits that they deposit the misery into and bring me some samples of their work. Perhaps with some research, I can discern their intentions.
