Warlocks/Man'ari get special dialogue options here.
I'm very curious what all the special dialogue options are for Murder Row: Acting the Part! I will update this comment as I play through on other Class / Race combinations. Feel free to reply here with the special dialogue that you got, and as I see the comments (if they're verbatim), I'll update this comment accordingly. :)
Whenever a Class or Race is not offered a special dialogue option, they are always given the #1 option in the list.
(e.g., "(Quest) My employer sent me to purchase some 'special' reagents.")The response from each NPC is the same, regardless of what special (or non-special) dialogue options the player chooses.
(e.g., [npc=244471] responding with, "Whatever you might be implying, we do not dabble in that sort of magic.")[npc=244471] says:
Do you have an appointment? They are difficult to secure these days. There is a never-ending stream of well-paying citizens hopeful to discern their futures.Dialogue response options:
1) (Quest) My employer sent me to purchase some "special" reagents.
2) (Quest) (Blood Elf) I see you carry many magical items. Do you have anything like this core?
3) (Quest) (Mage) I'm seeking a way to enhance my magical capabilities. Do you know where I might buy something like that?Classes that do not get a special dialogue option here:

[npc=244469] says:
Ah, welcome to our menagerie. We house a selection of creatures from across Quel'Thalas and beyond.
Do not worry if your desired breed requires special licensing for purchase. We are more than happy to have that small inconvenience sorted for you--for a price, naturally.Dialogue response options:
1) (Quest) My employer asked me to look for some unique mana wyrms. Do you have any in stock?
2) (Quest) (Blood Elf) I tire of the bland taste of arcane wyrms. Do you have anything more exciting?
3) (Quest) (Hunter) I'm a mana wyrm breeder. Do you have any unique varieties I could buy? (--Thanks, b0wie!)Classes that do not get a special dialogue option here:

[npc=244470] says:
<He looks you up and down, remaining silent.
You hear quiet chuckling from the others in the room.>Dialogue response options:
1) (Quest) <Hold up the wyrm core.> Where can I get more of these?
2) (Quest) (Blood Elf) I know the Row needs money. I'll pay for information. Where are the fel wyrms coming from?Classes that do not get a special dialogue option here:

- Night ElfI really like that there are special dialogue options based on your character's race and class (unless you're a Night Elf Druid, apparently! >.<). It makes the game feel much more immersive, which reminds me of Baldur's Gate 3! I'd love if more quests did this, especially if the NPCs gave special responses based on the chosen dialogue.

What to do
Description
Based on what we discovered, I believe the fel is coming from Murder Row. Someone there is breaking down Legion relics and infusing the magic into mana wyrms for covert siphoning--and people are buying it up in droves. We need to figure out who that someone is. Take this wyrm core with you into the Row and look for more of them. The promise of coin should get you in front of the right person.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Murder Row: Traces of Fel
I have been sensing powerful fel magic throughout Silvermoon, but this is the first origin point I could locate. The rest were too faint, or perhaps deliberately hidden. Fortunately, this means we now have a specific area to comb through more closely. We need to gather more evidence.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Murder Row: Harbored Secrets
That manifest is stamped by the Silvermoon Harbor. It looks like Zaen has his smugglers working there to push his fel relic shipments through inspections. If we cut off their supply line at the harbor, we can halt the fel operation until we track down Zaen and end it for good.
