Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

• Murder Row: Rumors AboundEversong Woods · Level 80-83

I would advise exploring the city with caution. Not all is what it seems in Silvermoon. The Illidari are performing an investigation which need not be spoken of openly. But you appear formidable... Perhaps you can aid us. My commander, Belath Dawnblade, is heading the investigation.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

• Murder Row: Traces of FelEversong Woods · Level 80-83

I have been sensing powerful fel magic throughout Silvermoon, but this is the first origin point I could locate. The rest were too faint, or perhaps deliberately hidden. Fortunately, this means we now have a specific area to comb through more closely. We need to gather more evidence.
