For us, the treasure part was on the right side (after barrel ride after first boss). There was a stone that was clickable, then a cave opened. You see a stone giant guardian and a chest behind him. Kill the giant, have someone open the chest.

I've done this before and the treasure was just in the little side-room off the Ularogg boss area, so I looked for it on this run and it was empty. Checked out the info on Wowhead, and per the comments above I looked for a clickable rock leading to a hidden cave. (The rock is very tall, oval, and has a symbol carved in the middle, hope that helps.) The first one I came to on the left was empty. Further down on the right was another one, and when I approached it a dialogue from Ebonhorn popped up saying "I sense a powerful artifact hidden behind this wall. Tread carefully heroes, my father rarely left such prized possessions unguarded." It was in fact not unguarded; fought the Stone Warden inside the cave and looted the treasure.

This was bugged for my group on heroic today. Tank clicked the door to open, got in along with 1 dps and then an invisible wall appeared and the rest of the group couldn't get in, and the tank and the dps couldn't go out either. Treasure could not be retrieved either and we ended up not being able to finish this quest.
