Closest way in is to fly to Obsidian Overlook. Cave entrance is at the Flight Point.
If you do not have the flight point for Obsidian Overlook, fly to Thunder Totem. Then head for the entrance to the cave at /way 44.92 72.00

You can use your Flight Master's Whistle in here. If you have Legion Flight you can fly around in here, too. You will be dismounted at first if you enter at the Ettin area but once you fall into the pond you can mount back up.
