I got the same message.
however I don't think it is because we deliver the quest. I think it tries to auto open a new quest, that we don't have access to. Just weird that there is no sign of upcoming quest with him, since I am lvl 98. But let's see, maybe there will be when I reach lvl 99. If the quest it tried to open is lvl 100 required.
