Anyone else always have this quest give a "quest failed" sounds when you turn it in, even though it's accepted and finished like nothing is wrong? Every single toon I've gone through on, it's done that.
I hearthed back to my garrison and the quest guy wasn't there. So I left, and when I came back later he was there. No idea why.
