Redrock Harbor is located on the coast to the west from Temple of Akunda.
She is inside the cave in the north part of the Redrock Harbor.
Cave entrance is from the coast side (south of the rare mark)

I think this is the only instance, or at least the only one I noticed, but after completion I got 0 exp for Meatball (my Legion bodyguard who is already maxed out in level and quality so 0) and 2 instances of 10 gold from his equipment. None of the other WQs I've done today seem to have behaved the same. Also, I have exp turned on my general chat tab but I guess others would see the gold if they have a similar setup and have had this happen to them as well.
This WQ is currently bugged for me. She just stands there.
