Nexus-Point Xenas: Eclipse is a dungeon quest for level 88-90 in Voidstorm. It is step 14 of 16 in the Dawn of Reckoning storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Voidstorm at 46.0, 64.6. It rewards 51,400 experience and money.

Learn from my mistake: don't leave after looting Lothraxion! There is the last step of the quest left to do. I looted and left instance, went to turn in quest and realized I still had to "speak with Decimus to weaken the storm", so I had to requeue and do the whole dungeon again to actually get quest completion credit.
This seems to be fixed. After the last boss, I clicked on Decimus (inside the instance) and to my horror, I was teleported out. But once outside, Decimus was waiting there & I could talk to him, watch the cinematic and the quest was completed.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
