Null Pebble Excavation

Update: They finally fixed the price for Null Stones by adding them as a materials conversion at the profession vendors and the costs came down significantly. So Blizzard chose to do it sooner rather than later.

When TWW first launched:

Blizzard has lost their minds with this Mining profession weekly. I did not play in the Beta or prior so did not see this until now. Immediately dropped. Perhaps later on in TWW or after TWW is no longer a current expansion this quest will make sense. Not now. Null Stones are far too valuable for 3 mining skill points. As if that was not bad enough on its own the quest expects two Null Stones (!).

Thankfully they corrected this with the Null Stone conversion option for TWW profession vendors.

Update: Well now that all the miners have the talents that make null stones trivial and only cost 80 gold oh the AH instead of 3k-5k gold, this quest makes perfect sense, 3 months later...

I had to come here and make sure I wasn't crazy.

My first thought was, "Do you just want to look at them, are you going to give them back to me?"
