As of Patch 9.2.5 it appears that this quest is bugged in the sense that you are constantly in a state of entering the zoomed-in camera (for entering a vehicle) and then zooming out again. This has been tested with several accounts and differing camera settings (since they were also updated in this patch to better combat some accessibility issues with the upcoming Season 4 dungeon rotations).
This has been reported via the 'Submit a Bug' tool by several players whom I tested with but it still appears 'bugged' several weeks later.
The quest can still be completed, but if you are one who is adversely affected by motion sickness, headaches/migraines and/or prone to seizures, I would not recommending doing this quest in the current state until a fix has been made.

Description
These motospiders continue to multiply unchecked. If we don't slow them down they'll overrun Rustbolt soon. I've modified Norbit here with adequate firepower to take the spiders head on! Would you pilot Norbit and destroy the Reinforced Sparkweave Eggs?
