Orders, Commander? (Horde)

As in the other zones, there's a hidden choice here when you select the building:
Selecting the Brewery, unlocks [follower=453 domain=www] as follower.
Selecting Smuggler's Den, unlocks [follower=168 domain=www]
They both Counter the same threat, Powerful Spell, but Velonara is a skinner, useful if you plan on building a Barn. Ziri'ak has a random trait when he joins your ranks.

Is there any way to change the selected outpost to another?
P.S: Found it you just have to speak with the NPC who let you build it and pay 10 000 gold.

Note that if you're wanting a skinner, there's also [follower=170.1] in Nagrand at 99+. The in-game description adds that we'll get a Spires hearth and EXP boost with the inn, and a vendor with the smuggler's den -- according to the wowhead guide, the vendor (randomly) sells [item=113094] and [item=113096], as well as buff potions that only work in Spires.
