Make sure to check your currencies before turning this in! Don't make the mistake I did, which was turning in this quest to get 35 [currency=1820] when I was already at the 100/100 cap, wasting the quest reward entirely.
The currency can be used at Dimwiddle in Darkhaven, next to the western gate.
It can also be used at Mats in the Sanctuary of the Mad, southeast of Sinfall. However, you will not be able to spend your Infused Ruby at Mats if you have this quest in your log.

Description
Sheets of fine cloth, wooden parasol ribs, wooden dowels and metal braces, everything you would need to put together new parasols. These are worth a lot of gold in the Ember Ward. Mats would certainly reward you handsomely if you brought him this cache.
