Just don't do as I did and fail to notice Battered S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera that appears in your bags for this quest, then try to take photos with regular S.E.L.F.I.E. camera from your toy box, and get really mad when it doesn't work. Doh!
The "Tall Waterfall" is located near Angle point Wharf. I had to get up close to the waterfall and take a picture right at the bottom for it to count for the quest.
